Our Estate Litigation practice includes any and all matters concerning an Estate, as well as proceedings under the Succession Law Reform Act, the Substitute Decisions Act, the Estates Act, the Trustee Act, and the Children’s Law Reform Act.

Our corporate/commercial department regularly acts on asset and share transactions, shareholder agreements, corporate financing, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions, as well as assisting our clients with a variety of other business and corporate matters. We also routinely act for and advise private corporations, sole proprietors, partnerships, trusts and other special purpose entities, including not-for-profit organizations, boards of directors and individuals, with their corporate and business needs.

We have a highly developed real estate practice with our associates having more than 90 years of combined experience in purchasing and selling real estate. Criminal Litigation

Mr. Gianfranco Piccin has been litigating on behalf of clients charged with criminal code offences for over forty years. He has successfully represented clients charged with both summary and indictable offences including alcohol-related driving offences, assault, fraud, possession of controlled substances, any many others.
